The building is situated in a quiet area, in a very famous fishermen area known as “El Palo”. In the area you will find shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The building is composed by 10 Apartments with 1 bedroom + living- room with a capacity for 2/3 persons and 3 studios with capacity for 1/2 persons. 4 apartments have a private terrace. The others have a balcony.

In the roof of the building, theres is a terrace with chairs, tables, parasols, hammocks where you can enjoy reading, relaxing, sunbathing etc...

All apartments have american kitchen, with vitroceramic hobs, fully equipped, cutlery, table- service, oven, microwave, individual air contioning cold/hot and television. All of them have private bathroom with shower, w.c. and bidet. The building has central hot water.

The apartments are 250 meters far from the beach.
